Dear Student,

The retail scenario in India has been on accelerating path and it is reflected in the entry of international retailers and in the efforts of national retailers widening their domain spectrum. The retail industry is showing an impressive growth in recent years. The challenge before the retail industry is to hunt for trained retail professionals who can direct and accelerate this growth further and take retailing to the next level of evolution.

IRS after its inception in 2005 has taken pioneer role in providing the training and education benchmarked by the retail industry itself.
