The Lancashire Business School is the faculty of University of Central Lancashire that monitors the management courses and awarding of the certificates. It is the No. 1 Business School of the new Universities in England and Wales [Guardian survey of UK Business Schools, 2008] and offers students an excellent and innovative learning experience.

Most of the university buildings are within a ten minute walk of each other and there are fantastic new facilities for the Business, Health and Science Faculties, along with cutting edge study en¬vironments in technology, arts and humanities.

IRS wishes to ensure that quality training and education is made available to the candidates from various social and geographical strata. To achieve this goal, IRS in the past has partnered with technical service providers like Hughes so that IRS' programmes are taught on distance learning mode. It assisted NGO like Karmashakti for training and employment of underprivileged candidates. IRS has also provided training to Differently Abled People for Retail (backend) jobs.
