He has also done a diploma in Footwear Technology and Salesmanship from Footwear Institute of Canada. He is seasoned retail professional having 35 Years of working experience in Retail Marketing of footwear, accessories, garments with emphasis on Retailing, Merchandising, Store Operations, Brand Management in Bata, Woodland and Duckback. He was also involved in Trading, Hire-Purchase, Franchising and Retailing of Consumer Durables with Peerless Finance.

Ms Meenakshi has strong retail operations and management experience of over 15 years combined with knowledge of global retail market. In addition to being a faculty member at JNU in the past, she has led operations team with leading brands like Oswal, Ebony and Big Jo's. She has been with IRS for over 5 years as a senior faculty and has expertise in Buying and Merchandising, Mall Management, Fashion Retailing and Luxury Retailing. She has also conducted specialized training capsules for various corporate houses.
