He is seasoned retail professional having 35 Years of working experience in Retail Marketing of footwear, accessories, garments with emphasis on Retailing, Merchandising, Store Operations, Brand Management in Bata, Woodland and Duckback. He was also involved in Trading, Hire-Purchase, Franchising and Retailing of Consumer Durables with Peerless Finance.

Prof. Subhash C.Kapoor
Mr. Subhash Kapoor holds a PG in Behavioural science with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Delhi. He also holds Diploma in Training & Dev. and Labour Law from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
Mr. Kapoor is presently associated with TMBRA Pvt. Ltd. as Executive Director. He has over 34 years of experience at the Corporate, consulting and innovative mix of academics. Besides rendering training services for the institutions he has been also conducting workshops for ICAI, ICSI, ASSOCHAM and IMCI. He is also a visiting professor at NIFM, AIMA, IMT, PAF and Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.

He has done prestigious projects like organizing India Promotions for stores in Holland and Switzerland. He has worked on costumes for films and theatre in Europe, and also for Bollywood films. He has also opened a couple of buying agencies in Delhi, and is working as a consultant for several Export and Retail organizations on Product Development. Mr. Paul has more than 25 years of experience in business development, consultancy and training. He has successfully developed and implemented business development strategies for various companies to fuel growth. He is the founder of an international Consultation firm, Square Melon Consulting. Prior to start this firm, Mr. Paul has held positions such as Country Manager and Director of reputed companies.
